What “Reset report” means
The post reports a reset, so it is logged as a reset report. It is not one of the explicit completion confirmations we use for the last-reset counter, so on its own it does not move that counter.

Timing: The time shown is when the post was published, not when the reset ran. Resets can roll out over minutes or hours, and a post can come before or after the reset itself. When the exact time is unknown we do not guess it.
