What “Announced” means
The post announces or promises a reset. An announcement is not proof that the reset ran, so it never moves the last-reset counter.
If a completion was reported later, it appears as its own entry; see the next entries below.
Timing: The time shown is when the post was published, not when the reset ran. Resets can roll out over minutes or hours, and a post can come before or after the reset itself. When the exact time is unknown we do not guess it.
