What “Banked reset” means
A banked (redeemable) reset credit offered as a replacement or compensation. You choose when to use it, so it is not a reset of everyone's limits at once.
Banked credits are redeemed individually, so they never move the last-reset counter.
Timing: The time shown is when the post was published, not when the reset ran. Resets can roll out over minutes or hours, and a post can come before or after the reset itself. When the exact time is unknown we do not guess it.
