What “Banked reset” means
A banked reset is a saved reset you redeem when you choose, instead of an immediate refill of everyone's limits.
This post reports that the credit has landed in accounts. Banked credits are redeemed individually, so they never move the last-reset counter.
Timing: The time shown is when the post was published, not when the reset ran. Resets can roll out over minutes or hours, and a post can come before or after the reset itself. When the exact time is unknown we do not guess it.
